Choose between Standard, Superior and Junior Suite residence. The Standard residence can accommodate one person, the Superior two and the Junior Suite three/four, with the possibility of adding a cot. One of the Junior Suite apartments (Bognanco) has a beautiful terrace, but whether you are alone or in company all apartments are new, freshly renovated and ready to welcome you.
For special needs please do not hesitate to ask.

How do you book?
You can book in 4 different ways:

Booking cancellation

• It is possible to cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you cancel 3 days before arrival.
• If the cancellation does not take place within this timeframe or the customer does not show up, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
• It is possible, within 3 days before arrival, to move the stay to another date, with a possible extra charge, subject to availability of Palazzo 7.

Check-in and Check-out

Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 21:00

Check in from 12:00 to 19:00
Check out by 10:00

Access to Palazzo 7, you will be sent an email with the access code.
After booking, to speed up the welcome process, check in online by entering the code sent to you.
Upon arrival at Palazzo 7, a person in charge of receiving guests will welcome you during reception opening hours and for the parking service.

In case of Check-out before eight o’clock in the morning or on Sunday, we kindly ask our guests to make the payment the day before.

A relaxing stay in the heart of Domodossola

Rules of conduct

• The number of guests must necessarily be the number registered on arrival. It is forbidden to accommodate more people than provided for in the reservation as beds are declared to the relevant authority.

• It is forbidden to disturb others with loud noises and loud music, to organise parties or meetings with several people that may disturb other guests and neighbours.

• The management is authorised to enter the apartments in the event of noise and disturbance and to check that everything is in order.

• It is forbidden to change the arrangement of furniture. We kindly ask our Guests to leave the flat in order, as found on arrival.

• We kindly ask our Guests not to dispose of materials that obstruct toilets, bidets and sinks, such as nappies, sanitary towels, kitchen paper.

• It is forbidden to leave rubbish in the common areas. Every three days the cleaning staff will empty the special containers in the kitchen cabinet. We kindly ask Guests to leave the kitchen clean and tidy, as found on arrival.

• We kindly ask guests to notify the management if anything is broken.

Smoking is forbidden inside Palazzo 7 (apartments and common areas).

Pets are allowed as long as they are well behaved and small, subject to prior agreement with the management.
